Car Controller BoardThe car controller board has various signal outputs which enable it to offer various functions, including car arrival gong, car lighting control, car nudging, overload indicator, and buzzer alarming functions. In order to ensure the quality and reliable performance of our elevator integrated drive and controller, hoist inverter, elevator inverter, etc., our assembly lines have high performance testing equipment and testing software. To illustrate, our servo drive, elevator control cabinet, and other products are given an EMC test, static test, thermal impact test, torque test, and package drop test, among others, to ensure that only qualified frequency inverter and elevator controller products reach our customers. In addition, the STEP quality control department ensures that only qualified raw materials are utilized, and each production process undergoes a strict quality inspection to avoid defective products. Through our efforts, STEP has received ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification, and our elevator control systems are CE, CSA and EN-81 certified.

The cost of electrical components and parts determines our production cost. In order to reduce production cost, the STEP purchasing department, quality control department, financial department, and executive personnel have established a Raw Material Quality Standard and Purchasing Procedure. This allows STEP to choose the best suppliers, thus enabling us to acquire high quality raw materials and components at the most competitive prices.
