AS500 general vector inverter is a newly developed frequency inverter designed to satisfy market demands. It is designed based on international advanced speed sensorless vector control technology, closed loop vector control and torque control technology. The vector inverter offers not only superior control performance as high end frequency inverters, but also improved reliability and environmental adaptability, as it is designed and manufactured to satisfy customers' varied application requirements and various industrial demands.
Designed based on advanced drive technologies, the vector inverter is able to control various types of electric motors such as an induction or asynchronous motor, permanent magnetic synchronous traction motor, permanent magnetic synchronous motor, permanent magnetic synchronous servo motor, and more. Due to this, the vector inverter has wide range of applications and is extensively used for control of escalators, water pumps, printing and dyeing equipment, textile machinery, chemical and plastic processing equipment, mining equipment, and oil field equipment, etc. To illustrate, it can be used for constant tension control, plastic injection machine energy saving control, and process PID control, and more.
Also, the general vector inverter features unique structure design. It has compact structure, wide input voltage range, independent air ducts, automatic detection function when powered on, and good resistance to water, dust and impact. Additionally, the vector inverter features complete protection functions including terminal protection, over-heat alarming, whole machine protection, and high precision current detection and protection, and more functions.
Under different control modes, our vector inverter allows electric motors to have different starting torque, speed range and speed stabilization precision, etc. Details are listed below:

The main controller board is equipped with a 32-bit industrial ARM processor, and comes with dual-CPU to ensure improved system safety. The 32-bit standard serial main controller board is manufactured according to EN81 and GB7588 safety rules, and is ideal for control of elevators in commercial buildings and residential buildings up to 64 floors. It helps ensure smooth, steady, accurate and comfortable elevator running. The maximum elevator speed is up to 4m/s.
