With a 16 bit high performance industrial CPU and a CAN-Bus communication standard wiring design, the serial high resolution LCD indicator board achieves multiple functions including elevator call and elevator locking. After receiving the call signal, the serial high resolution LCD indicator board will light the button of the corresponding floor.
The LED indicator board offers a large display area of 120mm by 90mm and display information in white text and blue background. 320 by 240 dot matrix ensures clear message display, and variety of information can be displayed, including current floor, direction, Chinese/English welcome message, time, data, and elevator status such as overload, full load, fire service mode, inspection mode, independent service mode, attendant service mode, etc. Time and date can be set and modified manually on the serial high resolution LCD indicator board, while welcome message can be modified through the control computer.

The elevator group control system is designed based on centralized group control technology. A group controller is used to realize the registration and the allocation of the hall call. CAN-Bus serial communication between the group controller and the elevator's main controller ensures high speed and reliable transmission of massive data. A group controller board mounted with LED indicators, allows us to monitor the communication effectiveness between the group controller and the elevator's main controller, as well as the connection of the input ports. The elevator group control system can manage a maximum of 8 elevators and 48 landings, allowing a wide range of applications.
